Hampton Inn Piedras Negras

The Hampton Inn in Piedras Negras impressed me with its modern lobby design and clean facilities. I loved the spacious King Room with comfortable beds and the hot breakfast with delicious Mexican-style options like tortillas and salsa. The staff made sure everything stayed fully stocked at breakfast, which really set the mood for a great start to my day. I appreciated the gated parking for added security. The location is fantastic, with convenient walking access to places like Starbucks and a variety of restaurants. I did encounter some minor issues. The parking lot layout was a bit awkward, especially during busy times. I found it frustrating that there were no complimentary toothbrushes or cups in the room, made some simple needs harder to meet. It was a nice stay with just a few hiccups.

Everything was great, favourable location not far from the Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass Tx as well as restaurants, helpful staff. Got clean room, had a really great stay for family vacation. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge were an advantage.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel didn't quite meet expectations for a newer hotel, with some areas needing a bit more attention. The temperature in the lobby was excessively cool, detracting from the comfort of my stay. It would also be beneficial if the parking lot layout was improved for easier access.
